Problem Statement

Being a thought leader and one of the largest corporates in the region, how can we share our narrative of transforming lives in the slums of Nairobi as well as invite the public to be a part of our transformation journey by uplifting societal values?



The story of a good musician is inspiring, however, what makes a more transformative story is telling of what odds the musician had to overcome to get to where they are.

Project Overview

This shows that there is power in telling stories. For instance, we tell the stories of the kids in “Ghetto Classics” and by extension, the Safaricom orchestra, using our social media channels, validate their dreams and ambitions.

These stories are told to keep inspiring more kids to join the musical revolution in both the slums and general public, to support this cause. This further invites international artists to support the cause, inspiring even more kids to shoot for the stars!
