Problem Statement

This past Easter, Swahili Beach Resort had a fun campaign to promote bookings at their resort called Swahili Easter Escape. It all began in March when the Easter Bunny and his girlfriend, Hunny Bunny visited the resort to take a vacation before their big day (Easter Sunday).

The two had a great time exploring the resort, having lunch at Barharini and getting spa treatments. They also took a romantic walk on the beautiful Diani beach.

They had such a great time visiting the resort that upon check out, they left an Easter egg in every room for guests who booked their stay at Swahili Beach Resort over Easter weekend!

Each Easter egg had a unique gift in it. There were over 20 different gifts for guests to redeem ranging from a free upgrade and accommodation paid for in an Executive Suite, to a complimentary three course meal at Spice Routes restaurant or Zanzibar Seafood restaurant for two.

Once a guest booked their room, they received a confirmation email with a link to where they could spin to redeem their egg.

The campaign was a huge success both offline and online garnering Swahili Beach Resort 100%
