With Jitambulishe, our main objective is to get all the employees of an organization to engage with an innovation that uses voice recognition technology and make them champion a new product launch that uses the same technology.
Because the staff were flooded with internal messaging on email and the intranet system, they became apathetic towards communication delivered via these methods, most barely registering any interest no matter what was said.
Instead of simply informing of the innovation, we stepped it up with a live demonstration. Using a listening wall, staff could engage with the technology via voice command and elicit responses to queries.
The entire office was abuzz with conversation around the listening wall with thousands of new recommendations to try it.
